"We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year"

"The property is fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the facility, in general, was superb; the only concern is the access to the property from the train station. The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. "Over priced. Unfriendly staff (male cocasian with glasses) tried to overcharge for our 4 yr daughter. Facility showed in the website (eg indoor pool) costs 15 euro per person. Dinner courses comes with desserts bought in a supermarket (eg ice cream). Room is tiny and lacks facility such as a chair or sofa. Not worth the price. "

"For those looking for a nice and quiet place near Puigcerda. There is absolutely nothing at Age. No bar, no supermarket, no restaurant, nothing... Puigcerda is a 30-45 minute walking. However, you need a car because walking on the road is neither easy nor safe. Therefore Cal Marrufes location has problems and advantages. Excellent service, good breakfast and, what is very precious coming from Barcelona, SILENCE."
