"Our group was three women ages 55 to 84 and a 20 month old toddler. Mostly a very positive experience, but it would have been nice to have sliding glass door blinds or draperies for privacy in the living room, as it faced the main house. Also there were a lot of loose cords and cables in the living room which were enticing to a toddler. Except for the stairs which were difficult for the 84 year old and toddler, we would definitely consider returning here."

"This stay had dual purpose. Birthday getaway for Wife and I and recon of area/housing/community that we hope to transition to in the near future. Troy was available and helpful. THe Home was immaculate , plenty of coffee and spice rack was helpful. Pool and Dock was amazing, allowed for late night fishing. Just be sure to have bug spray r zapper for Mosquitos on dock. Really wanted to take conoes out but didn't have time between rain. Storm Shutter bolts i know are necessary but need to be...

"This property is located in an ideal location. It is walkable to the beach and restaurants, and still seems very private.. the house was large open and comfortable. We had a great time in the pool. It’s not a very large pool, but it fit our entire family and we had a great time and used the barbecue. A beautiful bonus to the property is an osprey nest just outside the second floor we watched the parents feed the chicks nonstop during our stay and we were overjoyed. We will definitely come back."

We needed a bigger house due to our increased family members😁 This house has fantastic charm and was perfect for 11 adults 21+. It is ideally located, great sunrise views from the top level and the property management company was responsive and timely to all questions and requests.
