"Our suit bedroom facing rear courtyard was quite and with window shutters closed it was very pleasant to stay in. Our bedroom mattresses was bit sunk in the middle but it wasn't terrible. The hotel was in cantral location and having supermarket within the block was plus. Our suite 1A had soaring ceilings heigh and plenty of natural light pouring through window was fantastic. The hotel concierge was helpful and nice."

"The best thing about this property is its location. Rua de Flores is a no-car street with restaurants and shops an easy walk to the train station and down to the waterfront. My studio was spartan. Furnished by Ikea. Nice but there was no comfortable chair to relax on. A small table with two plastic chairs and the bed. I had a balcony that overlooked the back side of other buildings with a chair and small table. The fake ivy on the wall separating my balcony from the one next door was falling...

"This apartment suited our needs and met our expectations. Only issue we experienced was checking in with the code that was somewhat complicated. The initial code did not work. Communication with the property via WhatsApp messaging and phone was excellent and we did get another code BUT when we got to our room it had not been serviced from guests prior. "The continental breakfast was simple but always fresh. Cleaning staff asked every day if anything needed doing. Reception staff always ready to offer advice on where to dine, walk or visit depending on the amount of time we had that day.
