位置很好

正是對著河童橋，從巴士站拖著行李步行需7分鐘，然後橫過河童橋就到達了。房間整體是光猛的，唯一缺點房間沒有放濕機，因為秋天非常乾燥。

上高地泊まるならここ。

不満と言えばバスターミナルからの移動が道路が悪いせいで困った。2泊したが両日とも夕食が洋食で片方和食にして欲しかった。値段は高かったが部屋は狭いし洗面所も含めて極めて普通。お風呂は温泉でなくわかし湯。おまけに混むので順番待ち。良い点は一にも二にも穂高を臨む部屋からの眺望と場所が河童橋から至近なので明神池、大正池どちらに行くにしてもとても便利。そして従業員さんはとても親切でした。結局上高地に再びいくことがあればまたこのホテルに泊まりたい。

河童橋で満天の星！

河童橋の目の前という最高のロケーション！夜、満天の星を見に出かける際に懐中電灯を貸していただきました。お風呂は温泉ではありませんが一晩中入れるため、星を観た後ゆったり身体を温めることができました。

浴室利用について 浴室のついていない部屋優先にするとか、時間をあらかじめ決めるとか、せっかく行ったら定員オーバーで出直ししなくても済む工夫があると助かります。 夕食もとても美味しく頂けました。 ワインリストを初めから見せて頂けると尚良かったです。

父の米寿のお祝いのため上高地に行きました。ホテルからの眺めは最高でヨーロッパに来ているみたいな異国気分を感じました。朝のバイキングは種類が多くどれも美味しいものでした。申し分ないものでした。ホテルズドットコムのおかげで価格的にも満足でした。

部屋とレストランからの眺めは素晴らしいく 川の流れを聴きながらの睡眠はこの上なく贅沢な時間を過ごせた。部屋の畳みの清掃が不十分だと感じた。3人での部屋使用の為多少狭い感じはしたが上高地での宿泊であれば 十分なのかもしれない。

「絶景の宿」として紹介されており、窓からの素晴らしい風景の写真を見てここに決めましたが、実際に案内された部屋は窓からは駐車場しか見えず、ビックリしました。幸い山側の風景が見える部屋にすぐ変更頂けましたが、旧館の古い部屋になり、追加料金も請求されたのが少々残念でした。
