"This was a lovely property; however, like many Japanese hotels, it uses too much chlorine in the cleaning. There was so much chlorine in the sheets that my skin and eyes were burning, and we had to open the windows. The staff is EXCELLENT. Service is EXELLENT I have no complaints about the service. ..."

Beautiful place with the surroundings and scenery, but very tourist tour bus orientated, couldn't find any convenient store or super market, everything was expensive and targeting the wealthy Asian tourists, definitely wouldn't go back
