Zeer ruim huis op prachtige ligging met uitzicht op de kust en het stadje, maar veel gebreken.
Ligging, uitzicht en ruimte van het huis zijn uitstekend en de huurprijs is zeer aantrekkelijk, maar daar houdt het ook mee op. Bij aankomst word je begroet door zo'n 15 katten en honden (deuren toe houden). Het was erg koud (maart 2018, overdag 10-12°); er is CV en een elektrische blazer/koeler, maar zelfs na 3 dagen op volle kracht, haal je max. 19°. De verwarmingsketel maakt bovendien een hels lawaai. Oven, vaatwas en boiler ontbreken; dampkap werkt niet. De meeste deuren klemmen en/of sluiten niet. 2 slaapkamers hebben geen buitenramen en zijn niet te verduisteren. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers, maar slechts 1 tafel voor max. 6 personen. Eet- en kookgerief zijn minimaal en in slechte staat. Zeer rustige ligging op 1 km boven het stadje. Steile, maar goed berijdbare helling. Waarschijnlijk wel een aangenaam verblijf in de zomer voor wie de gebreken erbij wil nemen.

Très bon accueil
L'appartement est surprenant avec des fenêtres de chambres qui donnent sur le salon ou la salle à manger. Il faut monter en voiture une pente assez abrupte en voiture depuis la ville pour accéder au logement. Mais la vue est magnifique et le propriétaire Michele (prononcer Miquélé) est très accueillant, bourré d'énergie. Par contre, l'équipement du logement est succinct et minimal.

Ottima casa completa di tutti i comfort
Ottimo indirizzo per poter trascorrere una indimenticabile vacanza sul Gargano. la casa si trova in un ottima posizione geografica,dispone di tutti i comfort ,ampia terazza rifornita da un ottimo babecue,forno per pane ê pizza,ê possibilitä di ospitare amici parenti ecc.. Ci siamo trovati benissimo,abbiamo passato una settimana indimenticabile,anche perchê,il Sig. Michele ê la moglie Gina,sono veramente persone molto simpatiche,ti fanno sentire veramente a casa loro,la loro ospitalitä supera ogni limite,ê nel momento del bisogno si fanno subito in quattro per aiutarti,veramente indimenticabile. Grazie Gina grazie Michele,il prossimo anno saremmo di nuovo tra voi,per un tempo piü lungo,ê sentirci di nuovo a casa nostra Francesco & Rita

Ottimo alloggio, ben arredato, funzionale e curato
Appartamento veramente bello, ben rifinito , molto curato nei particolari, inserito in un mini residence veramente grazioso, con ampi spazi esterni a disposizione di tutti i clienti. Arredamento nuovo e completo, con grande frigo, lavatrice e luce di emergenza. Michele e Gina, si sono rivelate persone simpatiche , disponibili, veloci a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente. Posizionato in una zona collinare molto tranquilla e fresca , con un bel panorama e la possibilità, percorrendo pochi km di fare delle escursioni al vicino monte sacro. Nelle vicinanze un fornitissimo supermercato e vari negozi, fruttivendolo, pescheria. Nell'arco di pochi km, sono raggiungibili, tutte le migliori spiagge del Gargano , il mio consiglio è di utilizzare, anche una semplice canoa ,per spostarvi dalle spiagge principali, alle innumerevoli calette da sogno incorniciate da pareti di falesia. Da non trascurare, l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. CONSIGLIATISSIMO !!!!

Sono stata una settimana insieme a mio marito e le mie due bimbe...il posto è molto carino,ben tenuto e molto pulito... Una grande terrazza in comune con una bella vista mare!!!!ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari!!!!le spiagge intorno sono molto belle(attrezzate e libere) e il mare è limpido.... Abbiamo passato una bella settimana di relax e divertimento!!!!

Delightful stay in Mattinata
"Michele ( the owner) and his family were so very helpful. We didn''t speak much Italian and he didn''t speak English but with the help of his teenage daughter we got everything explained. The accommodation was very clean and the main rooms very spacious. Mattinata is a super place from which to explore the mountains and the seaside of the Gargano. We found people very friendly and helpful. Michele was a great host - one evening bringing along a friend who spoke French in order to explain and describe the attractions. Thank you Michele."

nous avons passé un agréable séjour. logement parfait très bien équipé. tout est neuf et propre,c'est très agréable. M.TROTTA est très gentil et très professionnel.Il veille au bien être de ses occupants. l'environnement est calme et sans moustiques. la vue est splendide.belle plage à 8 mn en voiture avec un super restaurant. l'accès un peu déroutant car côte très pentu. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.
