"This is a wonderful modern hotel. The room was great, great views. Friendly staff. An awesome wellness area. Great dinners and the breakfast was amazing. They will pick you up and take you to the train station for a fee. Easy to get there by taking the gondola to Furi and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would love to go again!!"

"A great location in Zermatt away from the commercial area. Also a great view of the Matterhorn! Getting a room with a mountain view is definitely worth it! We had a wonderful stay and hated to leave. Breakfast was included and was excellent !"

"It was amazing from our pick up from the train station all the way to check in. Our room was ready. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and the location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious too 😋‼️🇨🇭"

"Stayed for two nights and needed to switch rooms after the first night because we stayed in an attic type room with low ceilings which was not for someone tall like myself. But they were very accommodating and helpful in moving our luggage to the new room when we were out visiting the Matterhorn. When booking the room, you are listed with them at a certain price, I needed to pay an upgrade fee to get a room on the higher floor with a view of the Matterhorn but it was worth it. "
