Valet parking , responsiveness and how close it is to everything. Rooms are super clean . The Valet parking crew and the house keeping staff are super nice . The staff in the activities lobby , the coffee shop ( royal scoop) around the corner and the retiring staff were disinterested - they were courteous and respectful but not engaging or showed any interest . The Royal scoop coffee needs an upgrade .

Had an amazing stay at the Outrigger in Maui! The property is stunning, the rooms are spotless with the most refreshing scent, and the ocean views are breathtaking. Friendly staff and a perfect location made our trip unforgettable! Also check out Maui Brewing Company! It’s a restaurant on the property with excellent food and drinks!
