"We booked a twin room but were given a double. Had to wait 30 minutes for them to sort the room in a very hot reception area with no air conditioning. Considering the price I did not think it was value for money. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and friendly though they did try to charge me the city tax on check out as well as check in."
