"The good points are; very good patisserie next door plus a good supermarket 2 minutes walk. Location, easy walk to the town centre. Very peaceful and secure location as it is a private gated estate. Bad points; the whole house needs a complete makeover, everything is old and scruffy. Also it requires a deep clean, we deliberately only slept there and stayed out most of the time because it is so dirty.
