Many activities are available to you nearby: green trail in Mauriac, aquatic center (indoor swimming pool, hammam, jacuzzi, wellness area), visit to the Aigle dam, Puy Saint-Mary chapel, rail bike, hiking in the Cantal mountains, visit to the village of Salers classified among the Most Beautiful Villages in France.
You benefit from a terrace and a large enclosed wooded plot of 2500 m² with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
On the ground floor, living room with fireplace (free wood stove), flat screen TV, internet access, dining room, equipped kitchen (2 refrigerators available), bathroom with toilet, laundry room.
