"Courtleigh has become my home away from home. The front desk staff are amazing. They are always pleasant. I have to give great recognition to Tatianya for being so pleasant, humble and super professional in her role. She always carry a smile, enough to say, “WELCOME and WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE YOUR STAY MEMORABLE!!” Mrs. Powell and Mr Edward are two amazing leaders, alway on the forefront to welcome back their guests. That’s always super special, because it feels you are back home with family, The bellmen are alway helpful and pleasant. Last but not least, Patrick from the bar is a super star. His interaction with the guest is so awesome, everyone calls him by name. That’s enough to highlight the amazing work and work ethics he has. Overall, I give Courtleigh 9/10 for exceptional service. I wish I could remember everyone names. I want to thank the housekeepers for the amazing job they do."
