She took me to another room and she had me check to see if the toilet seat was good and I agreed. "I had a pleasant stay overall. There was some noise from the room above me, which I reported to customer service — thankfully, it improved after that. The food at the cafeteria was good, and the pool area was enjoyable.
However, I did have an unfortunate incident at the pool. While rushing to my child who was calling me, I slipped on the wet tiles surrounding the pool. My left foot was slightly cut by one of the tiles. The pool staff member was incredibly helpful — he went above and beyond to treat my injury with ice and ointment, and I really appreciated his quick response and kindness.
I do hope the facility considers replacing the pool tiles with non-slip material. As they are now, they pose a serious trip hazard, especially for parents with young children."
