"The food whilst a challenge to provide for so many people at once was ok but lacked attention. Meat cooked too much. Lack of flavour and the snack bar is just cheap processed food which could be a lot better prepared but as I say a good job for so many "

"The hotel is in good location with 10 min walk into town. The pools are salt water and cold. A lot of rooms over look the pool. And Evening bar with entertainment on. The restaurant was refurbished but has since closed. It just received a lot of new sunbeds as a lot of the old ones are broken. Nice sunset view outside of hotel"

The heated pool was however not quite as warm as we hoped; I believe it was set at 24 degrees which when windy (which it often is in Fuerteventura!) isn't particularly warm; it's okay if you keep very active but we got cold splashing around with our child. For comparison, went to another place (in Marrakesh) where the pool was 30 (though that is very warm!). "Overall we had a very lovely holiday, however, I won't be rushing back to this hotel. There are a lot of positives, the beach is walkable and very lovely, the staff are friendly, the food that was available was tastey and there was enough to do for the kids. But the building is dated, the bedrooms are very basic. The sinks are very high, the resort is full of kids however, I don't think any kid can wash their hands independently in the bedrooms or communal areas, not even a child friendly step...
