"The property as a whole was very good. However, there were several concerns: Hot tub was NOT sanitary and unable to be used, there was not bar soap for bathroom use, light bulbs in the bedroom did not work, welcome mat was not available to wipe feet because it was left in the rain. Consideration should be made to make the stairs safe by adding grip strips to keep from slipping when wet."

"Cute little cottage and perfect for a couple or with small children with the loft! It was clean and well maintained. Super helpful having hooks and plenty of towel racks in the bathroom. The queen bed downstairs is very comfortable and there were only 2 of us so we didn’t use the upstairs bed. "

"Overall the location, house, and accommodations were great! Just a note to families traveling with small children, the two bedrooms are separated by an outdoor staircase and are not on the same floor. It worked out for us and we all shared a room, but if you are looking for separate rooms for parents and kids this location would work better with having older children or teens. "

"Great house right on the Guadalupe. The upstairs room was perfect for our boys and the downstairs bedrooms were great for our daughter and us. The house was clean and well maintained. We spent the entire time outside by and near the river. Just a nice quiet vacation!"
