All of the staff I encountered at this property were absolutely phenomenal. They were polite, accommodating, and made sure our stay was great. The room was clean. There was an outlet in the room that didn't work, no biggie. We also had an issue with one of our key cards not being activated - which was no problem, they fixed it quickly. The only thing that would've made this property better, is if they allowed pets. Thank you!

Room was clean and comfortable except for the stain on the chaise. Staff was great when checking in and out. The evening before I left I requested a noon check-out and was told that I would have to wait until morning to make that request. I didn't bother.

We can't say enough about the professional, friendly and welcoming staff who work at the hotel. Especially Sylvia and Allie. They went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and comfortable.The housekeeping staff were also excellent and helpful when needed. The entire hotel is sparkling clean. Highly recommend!
