"It was a good location to get to the shops in SoMa area of Little Rock. I would suggest that the owner put a picture of the outside of the building on the website so you know what you’re looking for. It is a two-story brick building that looks like it was once business, it is not individual family home and the apartment is upstairs. "We enjoyed our stay, and our dogs did too! The host had just gotten a new couch and loveseat for the living room. Apartment was well-equipped and clean, and very quiet setting. The pond view was wonderful, early the last morning I saw a flock of geese fly off the pond, such a pretty sight. "

"Great safe place to stay. Comfy beds but bring an extra pillow. The space was clean and practical for our one night stay. It’s very minimal dishes and linens. There was 1 plate and 2 bowls. Coffee pot but no mugs. And only 1 small highball glass. But it was practical for what we needed a clean safe place to stay for 1 night. Very convenient location for an event at the arena. I would stay here again! "

"What a great house find! Patricia&family had wonderful accommodations for an extended stay for my son who was on an intern assignment for the summer. He thoroughly enjoyed his time at the house and all his needs were met with the wonderful furnishings. He enjoyed the scenic locations (hiking and biking) and shopping and restaurants were close&convenient. So thankful and blessed to find this rental and Patricia is a wonderful host!"

"This was our first time in Little Rock. We were there to see the eclipse. We were within walking distance to everything, downtown, brewery's, etc. We were there two nights and did not have to drive anywhere. The accommodations were very nice. We especially enjoyed sitting out front in the evenings."

"This house was everything and more for my family over the holidays! We had two young kids (both mobile but under 2) and the large living room was *perfect* for them to play all week. The bedrooms are a great size and beds are very comfortable. You can’t imagine how big the kitchen is! (And it was so well stocked - you won’t randomly run out of forks or anything like that!)
