Renovated 2 bedroom Gulf Island Getaway on Mayne Island for monthly stays

Mayne is a lovely little island in the Gulf Islands between Vancouver and Vancouver Island (Victoria) . Small enough to be peaceful, large enough to have a great coffee shop, brewery, resort restaurant, grocery store and other amenities. Mayne features many public access beaches and parks. With a car you can get anywhere on the island in 10 minutes. With a bike, no where is much further than 20-30 minutes away, with much that Mayne has to offer being even closer. The home is renovated on the upper floor and feels brand new. Great patio to enjoy the outdoors and relax in a forest setting.

Incredible Mayne Island getaway
With this being a new listing, we were not sure what to expect upon our arrival. Needless to say, we were blown away by this rental! Cory was extremely responsive leading up to and throughout our stay, and provided an in-depth and extremely helpful video walk-through of the house and its functions. He also left lots of guides to island, and a comprehensive guidebook/binder to the house and activities to do on the island. The house had everything one could need- and MORE! A fully stocked kitchen (with tons of pots, pans, kitchen tools, blender, toaster, large electric stove and oven); AC and heating; a huge deck with a beautiful BBQ, umbrella, furniture, and a propane fireplace; two large rooms for sleeping with (one with a queen, another with 3 doubles), a beautiful living room with a TV, VHS, DVD player, record player, and comfortable couch that can easily sleep another; two large fridges (one in the kitchen, and another in the garage); tons of board games in the unfinished basement; and 2 bathrooms, one fully updated with an amazing shower/tub and sink set-up, and another one which, although it was unfinished, was nice to have. I highly recommend checking out this rental. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful quiet getaway
This was the perfect place for our family to take some peaceful time out. This house has a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, washer and dryer, a BBQ, and was very comfortable both inside and on the furnished deck. Excellent communication with the host, Cory, who went out of his way to make sure we were looked after. Location is on a very quiet road close to the edge of Mt Parke Park.
