"The Gut Stiluppe just finished its renovation, and while the new parts look stunning, the upgrade has yet to proliferate to all parts of the place activity. Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance. I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities."

"A lovely hotel, recently modernised with excellent spa and wellness areas. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier and were very helpful. We loved the system they had for evening meals- a menu to order from at breakfast. Great choices for vegetarians and vegans too, all very tasty and beautifully presented. A ten minute walk to the gondola and town was an easy stroll and the ski lockers were also nice and clean. Happy to recommend this hotel."

"Three nights of pure indulgence - the food was exquisite with an a la carte 5 course evening meal. The spa is lovely - everything looks brand new. "This is a wonderful hotel in a spectacular location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the views are sensational, the owners are very helpful, the food is very good and reasonably priced, and it is very well located for exploring the Dolomites (Tre Cime, Seceda, Adolf Munkel Weg, Sella Pass, Grödner Joch, etc.) The road up to the hotel is a bit daunting the first time, as it is narrow and curvy, but after the first time it feels perfectly comfortable.
