A large master bedroom features a comfy king size bed, a walk-in closet and a jetted tub for the ultimate in relaxation after spending a day boating on Chautauqua lake or walking the grounds of Chautauqua. A second bedroom features a queen size bed with closet and full bath. A sunroom features a sunny place to sit or an additional space for guests to stay via a pull out sofa with a comfy mattress. The property was exactly what we needed. We were in the area for a wedding so having extra space was nice, as opposed to a hotel. We had to reach out via the text to get check in instructions and upon leaving, tried texting for check out instructions but never got a reply. There were no instructions in the property, either. Upon checking in we noticed there’s an attached apartment on the property that isn’t mentioned anywhere the property listing. This wasn’t an issue at all, but worth calling out. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location in a peaceful neighborhood
We were in town for a wedding. Cozy older home with comfortable beds that is thoughtfully decorated. We enjoyed close proximity to the lake, restaurants and the wedding venue. weddin.venue.

Amazing Stay!
Located within bucolic Mayfield NY, within Chautauqua County, this serene and relaxing home has all the amenities you can think of including a comfy bed and some board games just in case you get bored. Plenty to see and do with a panoply of restaurants and the Chautauqua Institution very close by. You will fall in love with the quiet and beauty and be thankful for the comfort and spaciousness of the home. I highly recommend and would stay again.
