Just one mile from Chautauqua Institution sits this jewel box of a cottage, completely remodeled with the best of finishes and plenty of whimsy. AC, W/D, Bosch oven and induction stovetop, and an office for privacy or concentration, with a sofa that converts into a firm, no-springs queen bed. The home's open design means you're virtually one with the beautiful Chautauqua Lake. It's just steps down the lawn and then you're on the dock. Swim, fish, relax.
