Staff were really good and the rooms are nice and spacious. Toilet and shower area is a bit baffling, not sure why they opted to not have a door but a sliding door where you can hear everything, also not convinent.

A great stay here in Crete, if you’re planning to come here from Heraklion I suggest renting a car (around 1 hour and 30 minutes from there). The resort is stunning, all new and with attentive staff. The food offered at the buffet was great, many options and with excellent desserts. The room was modern and stunning, I loved the pool on the balcony. The beach is long and stunning with nice beach beds. Overall I loved my stay here.

The caring and personable staff really made the stay at this hotel a pleasure. They made an effort to customise things to your taste and were very kind with surprising free drinks when just relaxing by the pool.
