"In November 2023 I booked a single night for two people here for 25 June 2024 on Expedia. I received an email from Expedia saying “Your reservation is confirmed. No need to call to reconfirm” and payment was taken from my credit card. This was part of a three-week tour from Cape Town to Durban.
On 13 June 2024 I received a message from the accommodation, via Expedia, saying “Kindly note that we have no availability for the date originally booked” and that they had outsourced accommodation....
