Nice place at a nice price. Easy to get to and not far off the main road. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in town.

Hotel was closed and when I called, they said they tried to contact me but I never received an email, a phone call, voicemail, text, or anything. Luckily the best western was open and had rooms available and was very clean and nice.

Another oopsie

First of all, we were charged for two nights because the front desk lady had no idea what she was doing. Then, they said they couldn't handle it because we booked through a third party. When we got in the room, the sheets and blanket were not very clean, and there were blood stains on the bathroom curtain, as well as the door. You could tell the walls hadn't been wiped down in a long time. It was a smoking room, without an ashtray, and when we asked for one, the lady said she had no idea where to get one.

Hotel name and book are not the same. Front office lady was slow it took 20 mins to check in. Why even pre book. $100 deposit on a one star hotel.

Easy check in, staff was very nice and personable. The look from the outside is deceiving, the room was large, updated and clean. We stayed a couple nights and it was very quiet. We had stayed in another local hotel and left there to stay here.

Squeaky bed

There were only 2 problems. The bed squeaked every time we moved or got up and there is a railroad with trains blowing their horns all hours of the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Awful motel

After arriving was treated very rudely. Absolutely no sense of hospitality or business. I'm in hotels at least 150 nights a year and I've never seen anything like this. I opened the door to the room and the mold smell almost knocked me down. The microwave was completely covered with chili, refrigerator was full of hair and spilt food. The walls above the shower were spotted heavily with black mold. The sink and tub were covered with hair. Maintenance issues, to many to mention. I immediately requested a refund, I'm emailing pictures to the county health department Monday morning as well.

One night stand as we headed out on vacation.

Front desk help leaves at midnight but hotel was very accomadating to have someone there for a 2am check in. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only reason to downgrade would be because it is very dated. Still very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a quick layover on our way to Kansas City.

Quiet room

Staff gave me a quiet room with nice mattress. Cost was very reasonable. With the difference I got a dinner at a great restaurant.
