"We chose this property because we needed at least a three-bedroom home near Camden, AR, and it didn’t disappoint! The amenities listed were accurate, and the house was charming and cozy.The only drawback for us was the lack of reliable internet. It was pretty spotty, and even our cell phones struggled to get a signal. However, I can’t hold that against the property managers since it seemed to be a general area issue. Even our cell phones were struggling! While our almost-tweens weren’t thrilled at first, it gave us a chance to unplug for the weekend, which was a pleasant surprise!The listing also seemed fairly new, as the kitchen had minimal accommodations. That wasn’t a major issue for us, but something to keep in mind.Overall, the property met our expectations, and we’d definitely stay here again!"

"Host and maintenance were very responsive with questions prior to arrival and for issue with the lights not working in the Master bathroom after our arrival. House was very roomy, accommodating our large family and in a nice neighborhood. Beds were large and pretty. Bathrooms seemed fairly clean. There were charging pads provided and TV's in most of the BR's though we didn't try any of them out except for the LR TV. However: There were no check out instructions/expectations provided nor instructions for use of anything inside the home. There was no heat in the Master BR, Master bath or 1st floor BR. The Master bath floor was sticky, spa tub did not work and the handle for the shower worked but was broken. The 5 plugin air fresheners in the LR & entryway were overpowering when we arrived. There were dead bugs throughout the house & one in the Master bed. Bath and hand towels were provided in the large laundry room, but some had stains on them. The enamel in the 2nd fl hall bathtub was peeling and rough. There were missing frameouts for ceiling light fixture and vent in 2nd floor master bath. Kitchen appliances incl pod coffee maker did not appear clean. There were paper towels used as covering on glass doors to 1st floor bedroom. (This bedroom was roomy with a non-working fireplace.) The house appeared to have newer flooring and newer paint on walls, but much of it needed updating. From the pictures, we expected the interior of the house to be in better shape. "

"Really good experience. Staff was very nice and helpful. We at at the bar inside hotel very nice and great food definitely recommend staying here. The only negative thing is bed was alittle firm but that just my preference but was still comfortable! "
