We were not told, until checkin that there is no lift to our room. We are both nearly 70 and having to climb up and down stairs was not expected. This should have been explained at the time of booking.

"Good property in a great location. A bit of an update to the rooms would make it 5 stars. Staff were great. Bistro was also good at dinner, but the continental breakfast was a bit underwhelming."
