"Room where not clean bathroom floor is ready to collapse, coffee machine broken curtains didn’t close dirty ashtrays on balcony and bbq was full of rat droppings left after one night"

"Property was not ready at 3 pm despite the fact we were told that it was ready at 12 pm. There were no beds made and laundry from the last visitor was on the ground. The kitchen had not been tidied. It was unfit to live in so they had to get us alternative accommodation. My recommendation is to go elsewhere as management of this property is disgraceful."

"As sent already yesterday. When we first arrived at the cabin, it looked very unkept, spider webs everywhere on the outside building but then we went inside, and it was lovely, very clean and comfortable. We couldn't locate the Wi-Fi password and were on SOS which was disappointing. We were also very concerned with the dog on site as there was no one around in the main house. We filled up it's empty water bowl as it was very hot, felt sorry for the poor thing."

"The house was tucked away off the main road. One problem was finding it. The sign was very small. I could also suggest a solar light on the front gate for ease of finding it. The facilities were very nice, but there was no washing machine nor a diswasher, and unfortunately, we were only given 1 inch of dish washing detergent. Also i had to ask if there was town or tank water...there was tank water so we had to bring our own drinking water. But apart from that, we enjoyed the ambience and the...

"Its beautiful and a new building with great amenities. It could have done with a few more items, which must have been overlooked at cleaning time. Such as: dishwashing liquid, pot scrubber, a cloth to clean the dishes and wipe the bench tops. There was limited hand soap, shampoo and spare toilet rolls for a property thats located in a rural community. Overall we loved the place and would highly recommend as a relaxing getaway in the beautiful Hunter Valley."
