Imbedded in the wooded hills below Massanutten Peak, our vacation home is nestled in an area that is beautiful and worth visiting during any season. Up to eight individuals can take advantage of : skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing slopes and ice skating during winter; a year-round water park which can include indoor and outdoor activities; two golf courses; tennis courts; hiking & walking trails; restaurants – just minutes from the town home. For drives less than 45 minutes and depending on your timing, you could enjoy many additional restaurants, hunting, fishing, pumpkin & apple picking, James Madison University activities, the Explore More Discovery Museum in Harrisonburg: the Green Valley Book Fair or Auction; CrossKeys Vineyards & other wineries, Three Brothers Brewery, Three Notched Brewery & other breweries – among many other possibilities.

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!
This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes enjoying their retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private residential community.
NOISE
Noise that is unreasonable in the judgement of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10PM and 7AM.
PARKING
All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are “highways” for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.
Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home’s owner or property manager has told you he/she has explicit permission for you to do so.
Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at the MPOA Owners’ Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.
NOTE: Buses, campers, and RV’s may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval, they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.
NO OPEN FIRES
You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave any outdoor fire unattended.
ALCOHOL
Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area.
PETS
Pets are not allowed to run at large. They must be leashed at all times when off this property.
Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.
TRASH
DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches. It will attract wildlife that could endanger you and damage the property.
