Year-Round Views from inside the 3,500 sq. ft. home. Two levels with open floor plan.

This beautiful home is located on a private mountain across Resort Drive from the huge indoor/outdoor water park. 2 minutes away. 4 minutes to the resort gate. 8 minutes to ski slops.

Two car garage and large driveway for 4 cars.

Early check in and late check out must be approved by owner.

Guest Pass to owners private MPOA Pool and the owners fitness and Rec. center.

Largest game room at Massanutten. Brunswick slate pool table, ping pong , foosball, Shadow Turbo air hockey. All game tables are regulation size. Board games. Mini kitchen with full size fridge and microwave. Screened in lower deck with wicker furniture and fan off game room .

65 in Smart TV in Living room, 1 large 55inTV in game room with game systems. Play Station 3/ Wii / Xbox / Xbox 360, Kinect , 200 + games & DVD Movies, High speed WIFI. Three bedrooms on main level 2 Queen and 1 King. 4th bedroom has 1 queen and twin trundle, sleeps 2. 55in TV. Queen sleep sofa in game room. All bedrooms have smart TVs. Three full bathrooms and lots of space inside & out for your family getaway.

We Furnish : Luxury Sheets, Pillows, Quilts, Blankets, Hair dryers, Kitchen items, Waffle maker, Ninja blender, Panini maker, Mixer, Mixing bowls, Storage bowls, Counter top grill, Toaster, Insta Pot Slow cooker, Corning ware, Cook ware. Dinnerware and silver wear for 12. Serving dishes, Roasting Pan, Pizza Pan, Coffee maker and Keurig elite ( K cups not furnished.) 12 Spices. Hand soap, Cleaning supplies. HD Laundry detergent. Starter paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags.

We Do Not furnish bath towels, wash cloths or phone. Please bring a cell phone and bath towels.

Top deck has a three burner Weber gas grill with tank. Gas not provided .

MPOA owners pool pass for June July August, $5.00 fee per person per day.
MPOA pass to Rec. and fitness center ( owners club ) for our guest. $15.00 per person per day.

Pet and Smoke Free Home ! You will lose your security deposit if you bring a animal into our home. Animal Cleaning Fee $300.00

We can not guarantee dates with out a rental agreement and a deposit Person signing rental agreement must be 25 years old. Rental agreement due back with in 7 days from booking to secure your rental dates. Once the balance is paid and the rental agreement is returned , we send you a key code and directions.

Flexible check in if approved by owner on rental agreement.

This home is a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA).governed by it's rules and regulations.
There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live there.Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guest enjoying their retreat.
NOISE

Keep noise indoors during these hours.
No excessive noise at any time as judged by MPOA or it's assigned agents.
PARKING
Keep all tires off road.
Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten, Va. 22840)
No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

Friends and Family Trip to JMU
This property was perfect for our trip up to JMU for a football game! The home had plenty of space and a great room set up for 3 families of three with infants. It is hard to find houses that fit 12 with mostly queen/king bed options, so I was really excited to find this property! The house’s proximity to the resort entrance made for quick trips to Harrisonburg. There were a lot of specific directions to follow for check out that were hung all around the property’s walls, including running a load of laundry and a dishwasher load. The rugs could use a cleaning - the babies’ feet were getting really dirty walking around the house. The description of the property is extremely accurate and helped our young families pack well for a successful weekend. The host was very easy to contact as well. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Clean, comfortable - has everything you need. Game room was fun! Family stayed for a JMU graduation. Very close to Harrisonburg. Would definitely come back to swim in pool or ski on mountain. Property manager easy to contact and they left plenty of info in home to make you understand the layout of the place

Memorial Day weekend with friends
It was an excellent location and a nice and spacious house. We enjoyed a lot in this house during our stay. A couple of things were checked out. We found out just before we left that we had to do bed sheets to load, start the washing machine, and bring thrash to the dumpster, which was 3 miles away.

Great amenities

Always a great stay
This is the 4th or 5th time we’ve stayed at this house, attending JMU football games. The house is always immaculate, there are helpful signs throughout the house to keep everything in its place and organized, and Paula makes the whole experience enjoyable.
