"I was in Albany for a conference. I have stayed here 4 or 5 times now and find the rooms comfortable and a good size. All staff I spoke to were welcoming and helpful. I decided I would like to dine in the restaurant this time rather than have room service like I usually do. There were no spare tables when I was checking in but was told there would be soon. "Excellent hotel. The room was modern and clean with a beautiful view of the Marina. Staff were pleasant and helpful at all times of my stay. The only problem was the restaurant was very understaffed. Just two waiters for a very busy restaurant, however staff continued to work excellently and were still polite and patient. "The property was clean and tidy. What I thought was going to be a room ended up being a small two bedroom apartment. The bed was comfy, sheets crisp, and the towels thick. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. It’s close to the water. I will definitely go back! "

"External features attractive. Walk to the beach. Short drive to war memorial and whaling station also town shopping. Cistern could do with updating. The button got stuck a few times. Accommodation was clean and fresh."

"We had an excellent stay at Big 4 Middleton Beach! We booked the stunning beach house with wonderful views of the ocean. The house was enormous, had great facilities, comfy beds and was very quiet. The park facilities are excellent - pool, sauna, rec room, bike hire, jumping pillow. Hayley went above and beyond to help us after a Wotif booking issue. We always saw staff out and about maintaining the property. We will definitely be back!"
