"Very very average. Air con doesn’t work, lamp broken and wobbly in bedroom, spa way too hot and cannot be adjusted (had to find a hose and add cold water) the couch is very uncomfortable. Overall it’s aged and odd. Not even good to take pets as there are no fenced off area’s."
