"Property owner answered every question we had leading up to our stay. Check in was quick and the owner was very informative by going over everything and showing us the house and dock area. The cabin was very clean and the upstairs was a hit for the kids! He took us on a tour of the lake in his pontoon boat and it was awesome. Alabama Lakefront Getaway w/ Kayaks & Patio

Best Little Rental in Alabama

"This was the sweetest!! Small (one full bath, one bedroom), serenely planted on a property by the river, quiet; and just 2 miles from the Gantt, AL Singing House. The property has a large yard that faces the river there; and you can sit and read in the swing or on the small dock. Miss Deborah and her family were hosts and were on the property in another on-site home. It was very comforting to come onto the property after dark (November time change and late singing). They never intruded, but their sweet lights were on each evening when I had to come back in the dark. The space i rented was fully ready for me to cook...even though I didn't need to; there were plenty of linens in the restroom and bedroom (warm and cozy!) and a comfy place to watch a bit of tv in the living room. I had my morning coffee sitting at the patio set just outside the door so I could listen and see the wildlife (birds, chipmunks, deer....). I hope to snag this again and also hope others get a chance to enjoy being there! "

Baseball, Football, and Fishing

"Lakeside Escape fits the title well. We enjoyed lounging, cornhole, and fishing in between baseball games. The large back porch provides a great view of the lake and is spacious for enough for the whole family. You can view the large TV (inside) through the windows from the porch. If we ever come back to Andalusia, we will definitely book again. "
