The Bluff House~Upgraded & Close to Town

A perfect coastal getaway set right on the Hammond trail. Close to the highway and town for your convenience. Newly renovated, spacious, and clean--the house is a perfect option for a group of family getaway on the redwood coast. Radiant floor heating in the updated bathroom, a private driveway, yard, and garage access makes this the perfect place to call home for a few days. The kitchen is fully-stocked and there are multiple places to dine and unwind during your stay. Pet friendly, too :)
The space
This is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath duplex that is located just minutes from hwy 101 in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. Take a stroll on the Hammond trail to the Mad River Bluffs just 5 minutes away. Both of the units of the duplex function as vacation rentals, and both have separate driveways, garages, and fenced yards for maximum privacy.

All of the rooms, except one, have fully-loaded TV's with most every streaming service you could ask for, comfortable bedding and linens. The primary suite consists of a king-size bed, and the two other bedrooms have both a full and queen-size bed to fit all of the guests in your party, as well as spacious closets to store your belongings during your stay. The bathroom is just off of the hallway that leads to the bedroom areas, and a half bath is located just off of the kitchen. A washer and dryer is located in the garage for guest use.

You will have access to the entire unit, including the garage and designated yard.
Other things to note
Though this is a duplex, we have never had an issue with noise or any complaints regarding privacy at either listing. We do have security cameras setup around the driveway for added security.

Reunion in redwood country
Excellent location, located on the Hammond Trail, very nice kitchen and appliances. Some kitchen equipment such as knives, salad bowl, salad spinner, electric hot water kettle, etc. are absent. Only 4 chairs around the dining room table, so if you have six people for dinner, two would have to stand. Overall very light on furniture. Excellent and highly responsive agent and owner. Great garage.
