"The entire team was amazing—everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented. Special shoutout to Martin, who went above and beyond for us! The location is unbeatable—just a 3-minute drive to Yellowstone’s entrance, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and right across from a convenience store. The room was clean and very comfortable. It came with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. There’s no housekeeping during the stay, but parking is right out front which was super convenient. It’s not a luxury hotel, but if you’re spending your days in the park, it’s a perfect base. They have a laundry room on the floor. Only two downsides: • The shower curtain had a bad smell and definitely needs replacing. • If you’re a light sleeper, be warned—walls are thin. I heard a dog barking all night from the next room. And probably they heard my 5 months old during the night ."
