"It was an amazing experience, the staff was super helpful and attentive, the location is perfect with the village really close to Santa’s Village and a lot of activities around, and the accommodation is amazing. We got to see the norther lights from our room and the view was incredible. Definitely we’ll be coming back in our next trip to Rovaniemi. "

"Levi Hotel Spa is excellent in every way. The bus from Kittilä Airport stops right in front of the hotel. Every room is a short distance to the hotel’s Water World, as well as the slopes, dining, shopping. My junior suite had an in room sauna! On a personal note I left my backpack on the shuttle bus from the airport. The front desk helped to arrange drop off while I was on the slopes. All staffers of the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone thinking about visiting Levi. "

"Loved the location a little away from the town center and up high for a great overview! Breakfast was amazing and Natalya serviced it so well and with a sweet smile! Our room was cleaned and we appreciated Tanya for her special attention to our hot chocolate…thank you. Katja and Outi at the front desk were a delight, smiling and very helpful. We also appreciated the laundry service available. It was off season and everything was delightful. Gondola, ski slopes, Northern Lights and much more. "

"Amazing stay for 2 nights in the Aurora pyramid glass igloo . Dinner was included in a restaurant in Levi and wonderful. Breakfast on site and plentiful with lots of options. We saw the Aurora on the first night which was incredible from the pyramid . Definitely a once in lifetime experience for us . "
