Remember to state that there are rooms without windows, thus, creating a jail cell effect. No ventilation, I slept with my door open and naked just to rest my eyes. Not care for this property.

OK for a low budget, location is excellent.
The Hotel has a very good location. It is somewhat modest and the rooms are small with little ventilation. The room has a TV with some cable, and a fan. The rooms are not sound proof in any way, shape or form. The best rooms are in the first/ground floor. No elevator, difficult stairs to navigate. So, the hotel is not that great. Location location location. A short distance from La 70, so that you are not exposed to the sound of all that activity, yet close enough for any food, market, transportation, dancing, etc, and rather safe too.

Cool little spot!
This is one of two small hotels just three blocks away from La 70. You would never think that it's that close, but it is...to my surprise! I was alone so my room was small but comfortable enough to spend the night and relax for a while before heading out to La 70 restaurant and bar scene. Hence, if you are looking for a place to spend some hours and chill for a while, this is it. The staff is most friendly.
