El hotel tiene unas instalaciones agradables y confortables, sin embargo durante los 4 días que estuvimos alli nunca nos organizaron la habitación, ademas, en el momento de hacer el ingreso nos demoraron mucho.

NO SE HOSPEDEN ACA !!!

Pesimo el desayuno lo sirven tardisimo, cuando pregunte al chico de recepcion me dijeron que servian a partir de las 9 am y mi jefe no me creyo y los del hotel les dijeron que de 7 a 10 cuando jamas me dijeron a mi que a las 7. Pesimo, decepcionado sin recepcionista.

Falta mucho para ser un hotel

La información de la página es diferente de la realidad: rente un apartamento y la primera noche me dieron un cuarto muy pequeño, al día siguiente después de hablar me cambiaron. La tercera noche casi no puedo entrar al hotel por que no había nadie en el front desk A pesar que dicen hay 24 horas de servicio; dicen servicio de limpieza diario y no hubo limpieza el segundo día. Hay desorden en los corredores, bolsas grandes de ropa que dificultan el acseso al cuarto. Sobre la estufa un sartén sucio con aceite usado que en ningún momento lo retiraron al igual que un balde que usan para el aseo abandonado en la sala. La misma persona que hace el aseo atiende el front desk y no tiene la información para responder siempre tenía que telefonear a alguien para resolver los problemas. No hay un horario claro para el servicio de desayuno: a las 7:30 am la cocina aún está cerrada y es el portero quien se supone prepara el desayuno.

Muy rara vez había alguien en recepción, pagamos habitaciones para dos personas ya que tenían o dos camas o cama doble, al pasarnos a una sola habitación resulta que nos cobraron por persona y no por habitación >:(

Het is oké en vooral in een veilige buurt

Kamer was aanvankelijk toch echt te klein zonder view. Gewisseld naar een wat grotere studio. Dit was te doen. Wederom geen view en weinig spullen omdat wr veel gejat wordt. Je moet dus je eigen pannen en soms ook toiletpapier aanschaffen. De service vriendelijkheid en bereidheid van het personeel maakte echt alles goed.prima voor 1 week. Niet voor langer.

My Medellin Getaway

My stay was pleasant. The staff were very accomodating and helpful, and the cooked breakfast was delicious. The area where the hotel is located is Laureles and it's a beautiful, quiet area, with many restaurants within walking distance. The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to have the front desk staffed more hours during the day and evening. Overall, a good stay!

Good location

The location is good with access to main dinning areas in Laureles. The staff is nice and rooms are clean, but rooms are disappointing and can be noisy during nighttime. The cafe and restaurant below are nice though with good breakfast and if you are deciding to have lunch its pretty good above normal standard for 'menu ejecutivo'.

Llegue y no tenían las llaves del apartamento Me mandaron a otro hotel con otra habitación Al otro día me ofrecieron una habitación que no fue la que solicite Y lamentablemente me cambiaron de habitación pero nuevamente a una q no corresponde a lo q promocionan Pague los desayunos terribles y los domingos no hay personal así que nadie me atendió para el desayuno

Buen precio, bien ubicado. Poca flexibilidad

El hotel está bien ubicado, pero el hecho de que no tenga personas permanentes en recepción, limita el check inn y check out. Por ejemplo, si se llega después de las 7:00 PM no hay quien atienda a huesped. Igualmente, si se requiere hacer check out antes de las 8:00 AM, no es posible. Adicionalmente, el desayuno es servido entre 8:00-10:00 AM, lo cual es muy tarde pues normalmente uno debe estar ya trabajando a las 8:00 AM.

Cozy place

Very friendly service and very attentive, they changed my room as soon as I have asked them. They helped me every other way, it was a nice location close to metro, u can go there with taxi, anywhere you like, I would recommend, anyone.
