Visit our king studio suite in a downtown 1910 historic apartment building. Walk to downtown restaurants & cafes, and catch a show at The Holly & Criterion Theaters. This unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom, designated parking and a Casper king mattress. Other features include a Roku Smart TV, High speed wifi, and shared laundry access. This is a great spot to call home while exploring the Rogue Valley, or for a quick one night stop along I-5 as you are traveling.

The king bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The apartment had everything needed for a quick stay on the journey home. Host was very welcoming and proactive about any communication. I would love to stay here again if we’re ever in the area!

wonderful spot that we could take our dog on a drive up to Portland. We went to dinner at a place nearby that was opposite a movie theater - recommended by hosts, it was lovely. great place to stay!
