This was the second time visiting this property and it was breathtaking the location the was convenient and there were so many options near downtown Ashland for food. We also enjoyed the pool area and it was very clean and kept well. I appreciate the owners opening up their doors for us. Hope to visit again in the future.

The floor was not swept. The air conditioner was very noisy and “windy”, but still effective. It was inconvenient that I couldn’t get an additional night in my room , though I understand that the rooms were already booked. I appreciated that the receptionist suggested another hotel.
