Detached light-filled Guesthouse on 1/3 of an acre, 3 blocks from downtown Central Point. This 420 sqft space is perfect for 1-2 guests. The Guesthouse is just three short blocks from the Rogue Creamery, The Rogue Grape Tasting Room, Lille Belle Farms Chocolates, and the Coquette Bakery. Jacksonville is 6 miles and Ashland is under 20 miles away. Southern Oregon is filled with playhouses and the Shakespeare Festival, impeccable wine, delicious local restaurants, numerous rivers, and miles of wilderness. The new hot tub is a few stapes away. Lovely space with lots of little welcoming details. It was very clean and close to the places I needed to visit during my stay. I only used the space for one night, arriving early in the evening and leaving early in the morning. It was a comfortable alternative to a hotel.

Stayed at Bee Well on our way up the coast and found it charming, clean, and cozy! The unit was well stocked, parking was not an issue, the bed was cozy, and the internet was fast. There are some great local spots for food and coffee. Would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful experience
We enjoyed a delightful stay for our Britt Festival concert dates. Our hosts provided everything we needed for a relaxing, pleasant, and comfortable stay. The home was pleasantly cool as temperatures soared to over 100°. The linens, dishes, book collection, gym equipment, and grounds were perfectly accommodating. We especially enjoyed walking to nearby (delicious) restaurants for our meals to avoid cooking in the heat. Fantastic time! We will be back. Highly recommend!

Perfect size and location

Perfect for a couple needing a sleepover along the way
We had a one night sleepover at this cozy comfy studio with our dogboy that was lovely and clean. Location was a couple blocks from the main drag, perfect for a quiet evening and dog walking. Wish we could have taken this place with us to our final destination outside Portland, it was that good for us. The owners sweet attention to detail really made this place special. Thank you for sharing with us travelers, I appreciate it.

Cute and Comfortable
Lovely cottage that was nicely decorated and comfortable. Fenced backyard for our little rescue dogs was wonderful and gave them some off-leash time. We were offered delicious raspberries, mulberries and fresh herbs from their gardens. The bed and loveseat were very comfortable and the bathroom was large and well-appointed. If you are planning an extended stay like we did, be aware that it’s a bit of an inconvenience not having a microwave, TV or an actual coffeemaker. We made do reading books and listening to music in the evenings. Having a stove, full-sized fridge/freezer and use of the washer and dryer was great. Overall, a peaceful and comfortable place to stay and the owners were extremely friendly and responsive. We’ll definitely stay there again next time we are in Central Point.

Quiet, clean, cozy!
Rented this beatiful little place for a night of quiet and relaxation after spending 10 days camping with my folks and sister's family. It was much needed. The hot tub was amazing to unwind for the long travels and the beautiful walk around the property looking at all the plants and vegetables was breathtaking. Would highly recommend this place to others! Above and beyond host! 5 🌟!

October Beauty in southern Oregon. Hot tub is more part of the main property. Limited privacy. 2 Dogs barked consistently upon arrival. Negated by connected property owners within 15 minutes. Unit property across the alley street was very junky looking. No coffee maker or TV. However made for a very serine and peaceful atmosphere (after dogs stopped barking)

Everything you need
We stayed here because it was close to the Medford airport - which was less than 10 minutes away. The little decorative touches, coffee bar, and toiletries were superb. We would definitely recommend this spot to others.
