The hotel is nice but the room is so noisy I got practically no sleep. The fridge clicked on and off all night and was so loud. The heater, same thing. The shower had zero water pressure so I couldn’t wash my hair. If you’re a heavy sleeper and bald, this place is for you.

We stayed here a stop-over during a road trip from Vancouver, BC to Anaheim, California. We were thoroughly impressed and would definitely stay here again. We did several stops on our journey and this was by far the best one. The hotel is modern, extremely clean and has a great breakfast. The staff are friendly and the place just has a nice atmosphere. We've stayed in some places that got good reviews but turned out to be awful! But the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ashland was wonderful - such a pleasant surprise when we arrived.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. It was clean, perfect for my mother and husband. He said the bed was very comfortable. They provided a nice breakfast. I loved our experience there!

I didn't that the showers weren't hot enough. I really look forward to taking a nice hot shower and that didn't happen. This was the only thing I didn't like about my stay. Everything else was just great. I really liked the hotel staff

Everything was fine. Only thing I did not enjoy was having to use the elevator when I have a dog in tow. Other hotels usually have us on the main floor which was super convenient when I walk my dog 3 times a day.
