Lovely hotel, close to the Haram and the street food section. Nice pakistani restaurants and shops on your door step. Breakfast was ok. However nice spacious size room for family
The bellman was extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to help. His friendly attitude and prompt service really made our stay more comfortable
Stayed there for 4 nights and had a very comfortably stay at the hotel.
All staff members are very friendly and super helpful. I booked three rooms with them and requested to have them next to each other. They ensured it, which was extremely helpful.
They were also super helpful when part of our elderly group members had to stay longer and required unplanned late check out due to flight delay. They facilitated them to the best demonstrting importance of customer care.
Thank you and I will return to this hotel

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The check-in was smooth and welcoming upon arrival. We experienced some noise due to maintenance work, but the issue was handled quickly and professionally by Guest Relations, especially Ms. Amani, who went above and beyond. She offered luxurious Saudi hospitality, arranged a room upgrade to a quiet area away from the noise, and kindly provided a late check-out, which made our stay much more comfortable.
The furniture may feel slightly dated.
Great location to the Masjid only few minutes walk. Overall good stay. Only cons the pillow way to big/high that gives you a Neck ache and the free breakfast not the best. The staff and the service was great cant fault them
The hotels has some of the nicest service staff ever, they are all smiling, eager to help, and they go out of their way for the guests. The front desk staff are a bit standoffish, they promised me a long bed, then u got two twins.
My second complaint is that my room window was facing a construction site, that went into full gear all through the night, and I am a pretty light sleeper, my earplugs helped a bit, I asked to change the room and they didn’t give me another one, glad it was a short stay.
The location is prime, accessible by car, and a moderately short walk to alharam.
We stayed 3 nights, stay was okay. Rooms were clean, cleaning staff were helpful and friendly.
The hotel could improve overall management, especially at night. The second night we heard 3 fire alarms at night intermittently (2 am, 3 am, 3:30 am). The third night (12 am) there were kids running around and talking in loud voices in the corridor. This continued for about 1 hour.
Walkable to Masjid Nabawi. Near hotel 2 minutes walk have ASIAN food stalls selling Indonesian & Malaysian food. Convenience shop and laundry all around. Very good spot. Hotel ok not bad. Food ok. If you’re not fussy and picky.
We were four people and we were told, the rule supposedly was 3 water bottles per room. Every time we wanted to ask for something, it seemed like a huge task and as if they were doing us a huge favor. The staff were nice and friendly.

It’s ’OK’ but needs improvement
This an ok hotel. 3 stars. Not much more than that though. Supposedly recently renovated in 2023, not to the best of standards. The triple room bathroom design is terrible. Very little natural sunlight in the room. And a bit cramped in the room
Can’t fault the cleaning/lobby/bellboy staff though. Very friendly and service with a smile. A credit to this hotel. Just a shame the physical place itself is outdated and dingy.

Disappointing stay
This is my second time staying in this hotel, first time was a mid week solo stay,
I enjoyed it so I booked two rooms this time and came with family for the weekend.
They did not honor our requests for rooms next to each other, one of the rooms smelled like cigarettes, and they couldn’t offer another because they were fully booked, our concerns were dismissed.
The other room faced a construction site, and it was super noisy to sleep at night. Again no other room was offered when we complained.
We asked for late check out and it was approved, on the checking out day a big guy from reception banged like crazy at our door @12:30 and easing his voice and asking us to step out NOW. He said there was no note on the system.
my family were disappointed, I raved about this place the last time, and this time I am really surprised on how poor this stay was.
The location for me is the best selling point, hence the 2 start instead of the 1 star review.
Check in started off a little tedious. Reception staff couldn't find the reservation. But eventually was sorted.
Room description and pictures on expedia are lretty accurate. I booked 2 quads and they were a good size. Beds were singles. Pillows were just tooo thick and plump though.
Both our rooms were on the city side, right on king faisal road so at night there was often a bit of noise
Didnt have breakfast included in the rate, but i went to check the breakfast out one morning and it was pretty basic.
It was an easy enough walk to the Haram from the hotel too
I think overall the question is would i book this hotel again ? I think i would.
