"This hotel is HIGHLY overrated. I am not sure how it is a 5-star hotel. Customer service at breakfast is really chaotic. They behave as if they're in their home. They forget your oder and they do not make attention to details. You ask them for hand sanitizer they tell you "look over there or we don't know"...they really lack professionalism. During check-in they give physical key, no magnetic card to access your room. What if someone loses the "one" key? Do you bring someone to change the door...

"We enjoyed our stay at this resort and had no issues except one thing. The plumbing in our shower would not drain properly and we asked the front desk several times to fix it, but they never did. That was our only complaint. The staff, pools, bars, accommodations and food were all very nice. "

"When we arrived all was well, then as we were relaxing we were approached by a staff member asking for money to play a game(bingo other games). We didn't pay the money or play the game and he never spoke to us the rest of our stay. Anytime outside, we witnessed staff asking patrons for cigarettes. The kitchen staff was friendly, however the same food was served everyday. The bar staff was friendly, but was told by one staff member ice coffee wasn't included in the all inclusive package we paid...

"Hotel itself is lovely, however due to the current health situation the hotel mainly just accommodated tunisian guests. Which of course isn’t a problem but there was no entertainment during the day Or evening and all the music was completely Arabic. So for myself being an English person I found it very difficult to actually enjoy the evening time.
