Casa Julián for 10 people

Casa Rural Julián is situated in a small village to the south of the province of Soria, called Fuencaliente de Medinaceli, only 145 km from Madrid, along the N-II and only an hour and a half away from Madrid and Zaragoza. It is an isolated small village, away from all the noise and pollution, and only 1 km from the Motorway.

The Rural House is located at the top of the village, with superb views of the countryside . It is the perfect place to enjoy the peace and quiet of the rural setting, at the same time it has all the modern-day comforts. It includes central heating.

Because of its strategic location, it can be established as a base to visit the surrounding areas of the provinces of Soria and Guadalajara:
- Medinaceli
- The medieval town of Sigüenza
- The architectural site of Ambrona
- Alcolea del Pinar (Casa de Piedra)
- The monastery of Santa María de Huerta
- Alhama de Aragón

MUY RECOMENDABLE
Casa muy recomendable, decorada con mucho gusto y que gana bastante al verla en vivo. Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo, disfrutando de la casa al máximo. Muy entretenidos con los juegos varios que hay en la casa y también gracias a la colección de películas. Resaltar la variada información turística sobre la zona y las recomendaciones de los alrededores. La calefacción estupenda. Y los “TORREZNOS” exquisitos. Gracias Paco, todo un detalle.

UN LUJO DE CASA
Gran fin de semana. Casa limpia y decorada con buen gusto. No le falta detalle Hemos estado con niños y ha sido estupendo. Cómoda y espaciosa (los niños tenían espacio para moverse y jugar) Recomendamos visitar esta casa y sus alrededores (que están muy cerca: Medinaceli, Sigüenza, el mamut "que les encanto a los peques", etc... El entorno merece la pena y no hay que dedicar muchos minutos en coche. Gracias Paco&Mar por vuestra amabilidad Volveremos !!!!

Relajante fin de semana
Casa totalmente equipada. Pasamos un fin de semana tranquilo en un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Los niños se lo pasaron genial en la sala de juegos. Muchos detalles y decorada con buen gusto. Volveremos algún día (muchas cosas para ver en los alrededores. No pudimos verlas todas Gracias Paco y Mar por los detalles de bienvenida. Todo un lujo.

Muy Buena....
Fuimos cuatro matrimonios con niños el pasado mes de julio y todo bien. Casa grande, comoda y acogedora. Mucho detalle y de agradecer el botiquín y el dalsy en el frigorifico. La sala de juegos dio mucho juego con el futbolín por los niños. Mucha información sobre los alrededores. Nos vino de maravilla y todo muy cerquita para ir a verlo. Gracias Mar por la botella de vino y demás....... Animo a todo el mundo a que se pase por esta casa rural.

Si estas dudando, esta casa es ESTUPENDA.
Fuimos tres parejas con niños en el Puente del Pilar, y todo ha sido estupendo. No siempre es facil encontrar una casa amplia para ir con amigos, con cinco niños, y estar cómodos. En este caso la casa es muy grande, esta muy limpia y tiene mil detalles: sala de juegos, un monton de juguetes para los mas pequeños, botiquin, secadores, carbón y leña, cuna para el bebe, vino y caramelos como detalles, un montón de información sobre rutas y alrededores... La casa es incluso mas amplia de lo que parece en las fotografías. Ademas, todo fueron facilidades por parte de los dueños para reservar, en los horarios de llegada y salida... en todos los aspectos. Un saludo para ellos y animar a todo el que quiera pasar unos días tranquilos en una casa excelente.

Magnifica
Fin de semana 08.10.2011, estuvimos 8 adultos y 2 niños y ha estado genial. Casa grande, comoda, confortable, con 4 baños y bien equipada. Los niños se lo han pasado pipa en la sala de juegos con el futbolin, dardos, etc. El entorno merece la pena y esta todo muy cerquita para ver y no agobiarse con el coche. Muy recomendable. Gracias Mar y Paco. Se agradecen todos los detalles.

La casa esta muy completa,la situación es muy buena ya que la situación del pueblo permite desplazarse a varios sitios muy ineteresantes sin hacer muchos kil`ometros. los detallitos de los caramelitos en las habitaciones y la botella de vino , agradecidos. por último quiero aconsejar a la gente que se aloje en esta casa que no deje de visitar , Guadalajara ciudad, nos ha sorperndido muy gratamente-. saludos, amigos de bilbao

A la casa no le falta de nada hemos estado con niños pequeños y no ehcamos nada en falta, buena calefacción, juguetes para los niños, utensilios de cocina, los baños completos (secador). El pueblo se ve en 10 minutos, lo bueno los alrededores Medinaceli está muy cerca.
