"It is my seventh time in this hotel , my first experience was in 2014 , 1) My booking was partial sea view but when checking in I was told that our 2 rooms will be without balcony and I paid €300 more to get the two rooms with balcony side sea view . 2) although food choices are still rich , but it was more better in quality before , and I am experiencing a kind of decrease in quality "

"The hotel is very old. The photos on Expedia does not match what you’d expect in person. The front desk staff are incredibly rude and do not treat guests well. They act like they’re being bothered if you come up. In general this place must have been a great hotel 25 years ago but it’s not worth staying at. Save your money and go stay in a different city close to a Antalya . I tried calling Expedia twice to move me to a different location and a newer hotel. "

"Fantastic place for families with too much to do. staff were amazing especially the personal assistants - Seyma sirvan went above and beyond to ensure special food was made for my daughters who had allergies - which is a massive worry for us and now we have a safe place to come to where they don't feel left out. "This property refused to check us in the evening, due to unfortunate unforeseen issues that had accured with our trip to Turkey from Australia, they offered us a less than pleasant alternative and we had to book another place on the same day we were scheduled to check into Onkel. Very angry and unhappy about what they did, and would like to demand a full refund."

"When we arrived, the already the smell of the Hotel was lovely. The Welcome was warm and friendly. The Room 2301 was fantastic: comfortable, specious and very clean. A lot of cupboards, full Mini bar, 2 balconies and a very comfortable bed. The Whirlpool was the highlight! And the shower had a great water pressure. The food was excellent and interesting, as it had a lot of local products. Everyday fresh with a huge selection of everything you could dream of! A special thanks to our waiter...
