The house, which is rated with five stars, is in a very quiet location near the forest and an olive plantation. It is only 3 km from the center of the city of Pula and 2 km from the pebble beach, which can be reached in a few minutes by bike or car.
On approximately 120 m² of living space, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen (fridge with ice maker, espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, spice bar, etc.) and a large living room and dining room in the winter garden. All rooms are equipped with WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning, sun and insect protection. There is a built-in safe for your valuables.
Let the day begin with the chirping of the birds, enjoy the 800 m² garden, the swimming pool (prepared with sodium chloride) with massage jets and the solar shower. Or they can be sprinkled using the existing stereo system (USB, Bluetooth, CD, radio).
The 120 m² covered terrace has a charcoal grill, a large dining table with two benches, a wonderful Hollywood swing and a hammock. There is also a carport for three vehicles and six rental bicycles.

Fantastic holiday home
Property was immaculately clean, the hosts greeted us and showed us round the place and gave us a great overview of all the features and amenities. Lots of lovely touches and attention to detail which all made the trip relaxing and enjoyable. Location was quiet but very close to a beach and Pula, ideal overall for us. 10/10 Would recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful villa, great location and wonderful hosts
We had a relaxing 2 week stay. The villa is in a great location 10-15 min drive from several beaches or to Pula centre. The house has everything you need including the use of bikes. A nice quiet location that quickly felt like a home from home. Bono and Luciana were great hosts from the initial communication to making us feel so welcome on arrival and there on WhatsApp if we needed anything throughout the stay. Our flight arrived in the morning well before check in but they let us leave our bags and Bono took us on a short tour to get our bearings. Pula and the Istrian peninsula are must see destinations.with lots to see and do, great food and history. The Roman amphitheatre is incredible. Would recommend this area for a holiday and this property and hosts for a relaxing stay.

Wonderfull family holiday
We spent wonderfull 14 days in this superb house in quiet location of Pula with short distance to everywhere (beach, centre of town, shopping mall, market). The house is fully equiped as we were at home, in addition there is nice pool, wii console, table football, 5 bikes incl. kids 20” bike, beach toys etc. Bono (the owner) was very friendly, he welcomed us with dinner, showed us everything in the house and even showed us where to park in the centre and where to go to the beach. The weather was also very nice (except 3 cloudy/rainy) days out of 14 it was sunny and quite warm (around 25 degrees). Thank you Bono for fantastic holidays. Kamil & family

Beautiful house, wonderfully furnished, lovely location - a better home away from home
We got the holiday we wanted. The house itself was 5 star, a couple of minor negative points eg: the fly screen over the sliding door was broken, however nothing to detract from the overall 5 star experience. The house seems purpose built for holiday makers. Situated in the quiet and peaceful area of Vintijan it is away from the road with only trees at the back. The road is quiet but care does need to be taken at night but most drivers take care for walkers. There is a large Supermarket 25 minutes walk away and you can walk into the centre of Pula in about 40 minutes, there is also a small beach nearby but better to ride. The house is modern and spacious and has everything you need, fully fitted modern kitchen, wifi, smart TVs with Netflix and You Tube in the lounge, private pool with Sun loungers and swinging bench, and even hair dryers. There was only 2 of us but it could easily accomodate a party of 6. The hosts were also excellent, they left us to enjoy our holiday but were only an e-mail away, and one night they ordered us a delivery for dinner which was very kind. This is definitely somewhere we would like to take family in the future. Many Thanks, Chris and Leanne.

Beautiful villa, friendly hosts, picturesque area = The perfect holiday!
We visited the Pula area for the 5th time for Outlook festival. Staying in a different villa/apartment each time this time blew all others out of the water. On arrival we were greeted by Luciana and her son. Speaking excellent English and with a lot of knowledge of the area they were able assist both in correspondence prior to heading out to Croatia as well as recommend some great places to visit once we arrived. They were very friendly and inviting, exchanging numbers i was able to call whenever, if we required any assistance. We also really appreciated the bottle of local wine and the 'takeaway' meal which was delivered to us on behalf of the host. The villa itself in a picturesque quiet area of Vintijan, was a perfect size for our group of 5. It has all the amenities you would require. The beds were very comfy and rest of fittings and equipment around the villa were of best quality. Everything you would need is already at the villa, plenty of quality kitchen equipment and an excellent bbq area made it easy to cook in house. We were very lucky with the weather and made good use of the pool area, soaking up the sun on the sun loungers and taking a dip in the pool. The area is beautiful and quiet but still only a short drive/taxi from Pula town and shopping districts. Around the Vitijan area there are some nice walking routes, the host has also left bikes which can be used to explore. Within around a 1/4 mile of the villa there is lovely restaurant which was recommended by the host which we visited on 3 separate occasions during our stay and would definitely recommend ourselves. Ein toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus!
Wir waren 2 Wochen mit unseren beiden Kindern in diesem super ausgestatteten Haus. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt. Schöner Urlaub in tollem Ferienhaus
Wir, zwei befreundete Paare, waren zwei Wochen die Ferienhaus-Gäste von Luciana und Bono. Zwei herzliche und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr netter Empfang, mit allen Infos zu Haus und Umgebung. Die beiden brachten uns später sogar noch unser Abendessen... total nett und natürlich auch 😋 Danke schön !!! Das Haus hält was Fotos und Beschreibung verspricht. Alles top gepflegt und vor allem - sauber!! Istrien hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Farben am Meer, Pula, Rovinj, Rabac, Bale... einfach super!!! Ein Wiederkommen ist nicht ausgeschlossen :) Einzig, was vielleicht fehlt, ist ein "einfacher" Fußweg/Radweg zum Strand.

Wohlfühlurlaub
Auch wir wurden von Bono sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus liegt ruhig zwischen Waldrand und Olivenhain, trotzdem nicht einsam, da in einer angenehmen Nachbarschaft. Eine hervorragende Konoba ist fußläufig erreichbar und unbedingt einen Besuch wert. Allerdings macht auch das Kochen in dieser tollen Küche sehr viel Spaß! Alles ist geschmackvoll, sauber und gepflegt, und man legt großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit. Vielleicht kann man noch anmerken, dass hier aufgrund der äußerst hochwertigen Bauweise auch in der kühleren Jahreszeit ein Urlaub durchaus sehr komfortabel vorstellbar wäre. Bono und seine Familie sind wunderbare Gastgeber, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder buchen und geben volle Empfehlung für dieses schöne Haus.

Das beste Ferienhaus
Wir waren als Familie (13jährige Tochter, 11jähriger Sohn) bei Bono und Luciana im Haus und uns allen hat es bestens gefallen, denn jedermanns Bedürfnisse wurden erfüllt: Rasen zum Fußballspielen, ein Tischkicker, eine Hollywoodschaukel zum Lesen und natürlich der Pool. Wir haben mehrfach Ausflüge mit dem Rad unternommen. Wir hatten noch nie eine so vollständig eingerichtete Küche und der Eiswürfel-Maker des Kühlschranks hat unsere Kinder begeistert. Bono und Luciana sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die uns beide persönlich mit kalten Getränken begrüßt haben, und sie beantworten alle Fragen innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Erholsame Ferien
Ruhig Lage, aber nicht weit vom Zentrum und Meer entfernt. Wir sind immer mit den Auto gefahren, da wir ein Kleinkind dabei hatten. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in entspannter Lage
Wir (Familie mit zwei Teenagern) waren zwei Wochen in den Sommerferien in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Es liegt in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand. Man ist abseits des Trubels von Pula und Medulin, kann aber in wenigen Auto-Minuten dort sein. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Besonders erwähnen müssen wir auch die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber Luciana und Bono. Sie haben uns nicht nur sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen, sondern haben uns gleich noch die wichtigsten ersten Anlaufstellen (Strand, Restaurants) gezeigt. Fazit: Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub hier und werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung und mehr als netten Vermietern Luciana und Bono. Ein Haus mit allem Komfort und guter Lage
Wir hatten eine super tollen 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Bereits der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war überaus freundlich und herzlich. Wir wurden am Tag der Ankunft schon von Bono und Luciana mit einem Essen und Wein versorgt. Überhaupt war im Haus schon vieles vorhanden, wie Kaffeebohnen für den Vollautomaten, Butter und Marmelade für's Frühstück und vieles mehr. Wir haben eine Führung durch das Haus mit Erklärungen dazu bekommen, sowie Tipps für Ausflüge und Strandbesuche. Da es während unseres Aufenthalts sehr warm war, hat uns die Klimaanlage gute Dienste getan. Der Pool am Haus ebenfalls. Ein so gut eingerichtetes und vorbereitetes Haus hatten wir bisher noch nicht. Dafür nochmal Danke. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, aber dennoch gut gelegen, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Pula, Rovinj oder Porec zu erkunden. Auch ist der Strand mit dem Fahrrad, oder auch PKW schnell zu erreichen.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus
Bono und seine Frau sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft an sich ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wirklich perfekt gepflegter Garten mit tollem Pool. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 gleichgroße Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage also auch perfekt für 6 Personen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig, es war wirklich alles da sowohl an Küchenutensilien, jede Menge Handtücher und Lebensmittel, bspw. Gewürze, Öl und Kaffeebohnen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank

Fantastische Gastgeber, perfektes Haus!
Vielen Dank an Luciana und Bono, einen so herzlichen Empfang haben wir noch nie erlebt. Von erster Minute fühlten wir uns, als ob wir sehr gute Freunde besuchen würden. Die Gastgeber haben uns alles im Haus gezeigt und erklärt. Bei einem kleinen Willkommensgetränk und leckerem Imbiss haben sie uns sehr nützliche Informationen und Empfehlungen zu der Stadt Pula und Umgebung gegeben. Zurück zum Haus. Es verdient mehr als 5 Sterne, aber leider geht die Skala nicht mehr weiter. Es ist praktisch alles da. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Beschreibung passt zu 100%. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Wald und Wiese, schön ruhig und trotzdem in der Nähe von Stränden und der Stadt. Auch die Außenanlage (Pool, Garten, Terrasse) ist sehr gepflegt und im Top Zustand. Leider waren die Urlaubstage sehr schnell vorbei und wir wünschten uns noch länger zu bleiben, denn solche netten Menschen und so eine Unterkunft findet man nicht schnell wieder. Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool in ruhiger, zentraler Lage
Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Vieles war noch schöner und besser als erwartet. Bono und Luciana sind supernette und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Sie haben uns mit leckerem regionalen Essen begrüßt, die nähere Umgebung gezeigt und waren bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und super ausgestattet mit Klimanalage in allen Räumen, mehreren Fernsehern und allem, was das Herz begehrt. Zu den Highlights gehörten für uns der tolle Pool, der Tischkicker und der Eiswürfelspender. Auch die Lage ist perfekt: Alleinlage und trotzdem alles erreichbar. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Pula oder an einem der vielen schönen Strände in der Umgebung. Toll war auch, dass sogar Fahrräder zur Verfügung stehen. Damit haben wir oft morgens Brötchen geholt oder die schöne Umgebung erkundet. Danke Bono und Luciana! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nice house which includes everything
We have spent two weeks in this wonderful house. We must say, that everything from communication with the owner before arrival, the arrival itself, the stay, was absolutely perfect. The owner is very helpful and answers very quick on questions. The house includes everything already on arrival, so we didn't need anything at any time. On top, it is very close to both small and bigger city, hence several opportunities. Also close to a beach and other activities. Clear recommendation to rent this house.

Tolles Haus. Rund um Sorglos Paket. Absolut Klasse !!!
Also erstmal vielen Dank an Luciana & Bono. Ihr habt alles erdenklich Mögliche getan, um uns neben einem sehr herzlichen Empfang auch einen sorgenfreien Urlaub zu bieten. Es ist Euch auch gelungen. Vielen herzlichen Dank hierfür!!! Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, und es ist alles vorhanden. Luciana & Bono haben uns alles erklärt. Im Anschluss sind die Beiden mit uns noch eine Runde durch Pula gefahren, um uns mit den Örtlichkeiten vetraut zu machen. Wieder angekommen im Haus, gab es dann noch ein Schlückchen mit den Beiden, und dann haben Sie uns sogar noch zum Abendessen eingeladen... das hatten wir auch noch nie ... Es wurde sehr viel Wert darauf gelegt, dass man sich von Anfang an wohl fühlt. Also nochmal zum Haus; es ist wie gesagt alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und noch viel mehr! Es gab Marmelade im Kühlschrank, Wein in der Küche, und Holzkohle für den Grill. Sogar an die Mückenstecker (Gelsenstecker ;-) ) wurde gedacht. Der Pool ist kein Chlor sondern ein Salzwasserpool. Außergewöhnlich, aber toll. Die Umgebung ist herrlich. Man sitzt in Vintijan mitten im Geschehen, und doch hat man seine Ruhe. Alles ist mit dem Auto innerhalb von 4 Minuten zu erreichen. Und wer möchte, kann die gestellten Räder nutzen. Über das Meer brauche ich nichts zu schreiben..., es ist Kroatien. Sandstrände sucht man schon länger, und wenn, dann sind diese gut besucht. Wir waren stets auf eigene Faust fernab des Tourismus an Stränden, wo auch die Einheimischen waren. Felsplatten die in Meer reinreichen und glasklares Wasser. Herrlich !!! Trotz der Pandemie, konnten wir einen schönen Urlaub verleben. Pula ist Gott sei Dank, keine "Partyhochburg", und in Istrien konnten wir uns frei bewegen. Die Restaurants waren alle geöffnet, und die Leute waren - wie gewohnt - sehr zuvorkommend. Für "Bootliebhaber" ist auch alles "Vor-der-Tür" Etweder kann man sein mitgebrachtes Boot überall slippen, oder bei einem der vielen Anbieter mieten. Ich empfehle hier "Happycharter".
