Big and spacious with beautiful views.
This is a beautiful area that was nostalgically located near our family's former ranch. There was a bed for everyone in our group of 10. This was a convenient location for our day trip to Kirwin. The property is dated but met our needs. The outdoor grill needed to be cleaned before we could use it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Silver Tip Lodge!

49th Anniversary Family Vacation
Large house, nice property, plenty of bedrooms. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans. Nice seating area for eating. Would be easier to find with better signage. Also it was further from Yellowstone than we anticipated.

Great Cabin - Secluded Solitude
Cabin was awesome. Gathering areas for large groups and ping pong, foosball, and pool table for the kids. River and surrounding area was gorgeous. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a large place and tranquility.

Lack of preparation
It was so surprising with all of the dead flies on the the upstairs and downstairs floors. Even dead flies on the kitchen cupboards-they had not been wiped down were gritty. No recent dusting and the windows had not been washed in a while. Then in the master bedroom, I pulled out one of the wool blankets and it had burrs all over it. So sweeping up the dead flies and cleaning the counter tops was our first priority. Other than that the place was very inviting, lots of space, Everyone played the pool, foosball tournaments. Even brought mahjong as a family tradition. We would stay there again. The Springman

Amazing views, amazing property
We came out as a group of 9 for a hunting trip. We found this place and it looked perfect. The owner was amazing to deal with and the property was unbelievable. The views, the property, the house made this quick hunting trip one of the most memorable ones I have been on.

JUST...WOW!!!
This property is remote for sure and AMAZING. The views of the mountains and the river were gorgeous. The kitchen it straight out of my dreams...counters for days and I have never seen so many cabinets. Anywhere you choose to sit had stunning views of the mountains. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, and our host was very prompt and responsive. There is plenty of room for a large group and there are so many animals and birds all around. We spent a lot of time on the deck and even saw a moose in the back yard. My husband was able to walk down to the river and flyfish (caught some really nice trout). On our way in we had stopped for groceries (good idea) and grilled dinners and packed lunches for our day trips. We dove up to Cody for a day went to dinner and the rodeo, we had a day in Meeteetse and rented RZRs and drove through the Shoshone National Forest and then left to our next destination through the East Entrance of Yellowstone. Which luckily opened the day before we left. They night sky was awesome as well, we turned off all the lights and sat outside in amazement. I wish our stay could have been longer, I would have been happy to just stay on the property and soak in the beauty.
