"The grounds are amazing - so much space, lots of chairs, great outside dining area and a fantastic pool! The kitchen is small but fully equipped. Beds are comfy (except plastic mattress protectors). For us the room layout was an issue. The two twin beds are actally family rooms with double beds in, not separate as it looks like in the listing photos, which are very misleading. This was frustrating for us as we had to have three children in our room - we had booked here to avoid that happening....

"We had a lovely holiday at Maison de Bonheur. The facilities were excellent. Lots for children and adults alike. There was a shed full of different types of outdoor games. We particularly liked the boules. The pool was lovely and we had great weather so made full use of it. The accommodation was good too. Lovely authentic bedrooms with plenty of space. "Fantastic house, town, holiday ever! Martine's house has direct access to the lake walks, we enjoyed watching ducks, swans, otters on morning walks. Beautiful and comfortable property with well equipped kitchen and large sitting room with fireplace where we used to spend each evening. "Quaint little wooden gite in a peaceful village rural location. Great location for visiting WW1 memorials around The Somme region. Amiens is a beautiful city about 25 minutes away. We used as a base to visit Lille and Paris for the Olympic’s and both were about an hour and a half drive away. The host was constantly in touch for arrival and made us feel very welcome. "

Auch unserem kleinsten hat es sehr gut gefallen , er ist täglich mit den Tret-Traktoren gefahren. Tischtennis haben wir auch genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets freundlich.
