"L’endroit mérite une rénovation complète. Le logement est propre mais une odeur d’égout envahît les pièces. L’entretien autour des logements est très négligé. L’endroit est éloigné des commerces. "I stopped in Masseret at random, as I was driving down to Occitanie. I arrived late, and during the Covid pandemic, and the receptionist offered me a reasonably priced evening meal in my room, which was delicious. The room itself was comfortable and pleasant, with an excellent view of the tower across the street. A very pleasant experience over-all. "The house and garden are beautiful and well equipped. Our only slight concern was that the fridge was not very cold. The whole place was so comfortable and homely, with a beautiful spot for dining out under the trees. The village is very sleepy but has a very good bakery! We all loved our week there.
