"La camera in dormitorio che costa 2000rupees, me lo hanno fatto pagare 5000 a notte solo perché avevo prenotato con un app al di fuori dall'India. Hotel situato in un luogo comodissimo e centrale peccato i prezzi, a causa del kumbh mela i prezzi stanno alle stelle e loro se ne approfittano di questa situazione. "Apart from the price which in any case was unrealistically high during Kumbh Mela for all hotels in Prayagraj, zone connect at the Park is excellent. Special mention to front desk staff who are very helpful and friendly. Vijay Nehra gets a special mention for his helpful nature. Civil lines , shopping and markets are close y but doesn’t cause any disruption as the hotel is tucked away in a smaller street close to Civil Lines. Good hotel to stay"

"The property is a rundown apartment , doesn't have proper ventilation. The Staff/Hotel Owner charged us 1000Rs more as we were 5 people to stay for 2 rooms. "First thing evening manager said we do not have reservation and later after we showed him reservation details he said we have reservation for one room and later said we have 2 room reservation but gave one room. Next day morning 8 AM he gave 2nd room and we checked out at 10 AM. Hotel charged us for 2 rooms and they provided only one room and no refund. Manager behavior was rude and do not have accountability. Manager said we can cancel the reservation for one room but we did not find option...
